It was right here in 1953 that prima ballerina Ana Roje founded the first International Ballet School in Dalmatia, after which the restaurant proudly carries its name today.
The school was founded with the aim of promoting the art of ballet and nurturing new generations of top dancers.
When Ana Roje first danced in her beautiful ballet school, she had no idea that, from that moment on, she would leave a lasting mark on a performance that would never cease.
Today, through the spirit of this space, Restaurant Baletna Škola continues to nurture the tradition, blending art, culture, and fine gastronomy.
